Chaha and Rowlett Rd to Campbell Road and 190 on Monday the 26th….one hour flat. Castle Drive and the road around the dump backed up due to accident and road closure in Garland by the gun range.

I would think the city could afford to put a officer to direct traffic until they install a stop light. Apparently no-one on the council drive that road at 5pm. Anybody for city care to comment?
